We partnered with Towards, an innovative therapy training provider, to produce two complete training programmes comprising more than 120 educational videos designed to support the onboarding and development of new therapists. With a mission to teach therapy differently through accessible, high-quality online learning, Towards required a production partner capable of delivering a comprehensive training platform from the ground up. This was far more than a filming project – it was a full-scale content development and production collaboration.

From the earliest stages of the project, we were involved in shaping the format, tone and visual identity of the courses. When suitable filming locations failed to meet the project's requirements for consistency, acoustics and control, we took the decision to design and build a dedicated set from scratch. Working alongside the Towards team, we helped audition actors, develop the learning environment, establish the creative direction and create a professional studio setting specifically tailored to the needs of long-form educational content. Building a custom set gave us complete control over sound, lighting and visual consistency across the entire series, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for every participant.

Production and post-production were equally ambitious. Across more than 120 videos, our team managed filming, directing, editing, motion graphics integration and quality control, carefully crafting each lesson to be engaging, informative and visually clear. Every graphic, visual aid and edit was designed to reinforce key learning points and improve knowledge retention. The scale of the project demanded meticulous planning, organisation and attention to detail throughout, resulting in a comprehensive training resource that now sits at the heart of Towards' educational offering and demonstrates our ability to deliver complex, large-scale content projects from concept to completion.
